Whether you are new to cooking or are a seasoned veteran, when you walk away from this hands-on presentation, your confidence level will be soaring!  Learn about:

  • Reading and understanding recipe cooking terms
  • Knife skills that will help you chop like the professionals
  • Saving money by knowing the difference between store or name brand, fresh, frozen, canned, or dried fruits and vegetables
  • Substituting ingredients when you're missing recipe items
